Выпуск новой сборки багфикс-релиза WINE на Etersoft 1.0.11-eter8.3/4

Основные исправления:
- Исправлена работа на смонтированном CIFS-ресурсе с однопользовательской  
лицензией
- Множественные исправления неправильного поведения фокуса и других  
интерфейсов
- Добавлена перезагрузка wineserver после выбора нужных драйверов для  
ключей защиты
- Исправлена некорректная печать линий в отчетах 1С 7.7
- Доработан msi для корректной установки ПО "Архивное дело"
- Реализовано правильное поведение udev-правил для различных дистрибутивов
- Включен вывод сообщения об окончании тестового периода лицензии
- Переработаны некоторые шрифты для правильного отображения
